本底漆砂光機主要用于：板式家具、硅酸鈣板、櫥柜平板、裝飾板材、復合材料等平面板在油漆
（樹脂漆、聚脂漆、硝基漆、水性漆）固化后進行砂光及表面精拋光。
1、變頻器調節砂帶線速度，以符合各種底漆砂光需求。
2、送料系統選用無級變速機，可根據工件不同，選擇適當的送料速度，確保工件砂光品質。
3、美國3M拋光輥與軟膠輥有效結合，更加提高油漆面的拋光質量。
4、氣壓不足或砂帶斷帶，跑偏時自動停機，工作臺自動下降確保安全。
5、吹塵裝置有效清除靜電、砂帶積塵.降溫，延長砂帶使用壽命，提高砂光精度。
