椰殼活性炭的吸附性能影響因素:

活性炭的吸附能力與水溫的高低、水質的好壞等有一定關系。水溫越高,活性炭的吸附能力就越強;若水溫高達30℃以上時,吸附能力達到極限,并有逐漸降低的可能。當水質呈酸性時,活性炭對陰離子物質的吸附能力便相對減弱;當水質呈堿性時,活性炭對陽離子物質的吸附能力減弱。所以,水質的PH不穩定,也會影響到活性炭的吸附能力。

椰殼活性炭使用范圍及好處:
椰子殼活性炭對于黃金礦山的炭漿、堆浸法提金工業,具有耐磨強度好,吸附性能高,使用時間久等特點,對凈水、水凈化有好的效能。是飲料工業、啤酒及凈化水設備的理想材料。
椰子殼活性炭對于化工、石化、煉焦、環保等行業的氣體分離與回收及對SO2、氯苯、辛烷、乙胺、二甲基苯、環已烷、甲醚、嗅化氫、二氧化硫、二硫化碳、氯乙烯、甲醇、丙酮、氧化氮等二惡英等工業有害氣體的凈化處理。應用于各煉油廠成品油無堿脫硫醇I型工業催化劑(磺化鈦氰鈷或聚鈦氰鈷)載體。

黃金提煉過程:
1.
混汞法提金
混汞法提金工藝是一種古老的提金工藝,既簡便,又經濟,適于粗粒單體金的回收。我國不少黃金礦山還沿用這一方法。隨著黃金生產的發展和科學技術進步,混汞法提金工藝也不斷得到了改進和完善。由于環境保護要求日益嚴格,有的礦山取消了混汞作業,為重選、浮選和氰化法提金工藝所取代。在黃金生產中,根據礦石性質改為混汞加浮選聯合流程,總回收率提高7.81%(混汞回收率達64.6%),尾礦品位由0.74g/t降到0.32g/t,年獲效益為158萬元。混汞法提金工藝關鍵在于采取防護措施,消除汞毒污染。

氰化法提金工藝 

氰化法提金工藝是現代從礦石或精礦中提取金的主要方法。氰化法提金工藝包括:氰化浸出、浸出礦漿的洗滌過濾、氰化液或氰化礦漿中金的提取和成品的冶煉等幾個基本工序。我國黃金礦山現有氰化廠基本采用兩類提金工藝流程,一類是以濃密機進行連續逆流洗滌,用鋅粉置換沉淀回收金的所謂常規氰化法提金工藝流程(CCD法和CCF法),另一類則是無須過濾洗滌,采用活性炭直接從氰化礦漿中吸附回收金的無過濾氰化炭漿工藝流程(CIP法和CIL)

椰殼活性炭注意事項:   

1、運輸與裝卸:活性炭在運輸過程中,不得用鐵鉤拖拽,應防止與堅硬物質混裝,不可強烈振動、磨擦、踩、砸,嚴禁拋擲,應輕裝輕卸,以減少炭粒破碎,影響使用。

2、儲存:應儲存于陰涼干燥處,防止內外包裝袋破裂,防止受潮和吸附空氣中其它物質,影響使用效果。嚴禁與有毒有害氣體或易揮發物質混放,存放要遠離污染源。

3、嚴禁水浸:活性炭屬于多孔性吸附類物質,所以在運輸、儲存和使用過程中,都要防止水浸,因水浸后,水填充了活性孔隙,減少了活性炭比表面與氣體的直接接觸,嚴重影響使用效果。

4、防止焦油類物質:在使用過程中,應禁止焦油類粘稠物質進入活性炭床,以免堵塞活性炭孔隙或遮蓋了活性炭展開表面,使氣體不能與活性炭展開表面接觸,失去應用效果,如氣體中含有此類物質,應在氣體進入活性炭床前進行清除(較好有除焦設備)以達到好的應用效果。

5、防火:活性炭在儲存或運輸時,防止與火源直接接觸,以防著火。活性炭再生時避免進氧并再生徹底,再生后必須用蒸氣冷卻降至800℃以下,否則溫度高,遇氧,活性炭自燃。

6、使用:裝填時應先篩去因搬運產生的碎粒與粉塵。然后層層均勻鋪開,不得從進料孔處直接倒入,以免使大小顆粒裝填不均,終造成氣體偏流,影響使用效果。裝填結束,開車前應先吹空,吹出活性炭表面粘附粉塵,避免開車后粉塵帶入后工段而影響正常生產。

7、安全需知:濕的活性炭需要從空氣中除去氧,在安全密閉的容器內氧的消耗會造成有毒的環境,假如工人進到含有活性炭的容器內適當取樣或低含氧空間作業,應遵守相關標準及作業規范。

椰殼活性炭包裝:

小包:25kg/裝,大包:噸袋。塑料編織袋外加內襯,產品應存放在室內干燥處。
