一、無(wú)煙煤濾料說(shuō)明：

無(wú)煙煤濾料采用原煤為原料，經(jīng)精選、破碎、和兩次篩分而成，外觀光澤好，呈球狀，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，抗壓性能好，化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定，不含有毒物質(zhì)，耐磨損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無(wú)煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(≥52%)，有較高的含污能力，因質(zhì)輕，所需反沖洗強(qiáng)度較低，可節(jié)省大量反沖洗水量及電能。

二、無(wú)煙煤濾料的應(yīng)用：

無(wú)煙煤濾料同石英砂濾料配合使用是我國(guó)推廣的雙層快速濾池和三層濾池、濾罐過濾的 材料。是提高濾速增加單位面積出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造價(jià)和減少占地面積比較的途徑。廣泛用于化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等生產(chǎn)前后的水質(zhì)處理過程中。

三、無(wú)煙煤濾料常用規(guī)格：

0.5－0.1mm，0.8－1.2mm，1－2mm，2-4mm，3-5mm等。
